Its the first day of high school at Todo Academy. Todo is no ordinary high school with ordinary students, but is a school that was founded to teach and integrate different fighting styles. Its students are skilled in the various arts of combat with some students possessing supernatural abilities, such as pyrokinesis, precognition, and superhuman strength based on the abilities to use their "spirit" or "ki" in Japanese. the student counsel is controlled by the Executive Council. students band together in groups to fight for their right to control the school. unknown to most of the student body, the groups are becoming increasingly involved in a long enduring conflict that was left unresolved from the Japanese Feudal era by some of the characters' ancestors.
now a new group has moved into the school transferred from the Cross Academy on the student exchange program. they are a group of student trouble makers who claim the name Red Dragon. unlike the students of Todo, these Children are powerful not because of their grasp of spirit but by their control of Blood. They are Vampires and they dominated the academy on the bases of strength if there blood but are soon about to find that taking over this School will prove to be allot more than any of them expected.

Hyouda 'K' Karu - Leader fo the Red Dragons and primary reason for the clan being Transphered out of Cross Academy. He is a Pure blood Vampire with a talent for manipulating his own blood to an incredible extend form making it liter than air to harder than steel. he's a vampire who was admitted to the academy not for his heritage or paperwork but by the power and disassociation to the events around him. he is a student but is himself a Vampire Slayer. Feeling the pressures of an oncoming war he sought out new ways to become stronger and found out about this strange school and requested to be transferred temporarily. his agreement was only sealed with the agreement that his clan would have to go with him successfully removing the trouble making vampires form the academy if only for a short time.
