- Name: Shizunei, Sakura
Her hair color is a golden light brown that's short in the back and angles down to about two inches below her chin. She also has strawberry blond highlights in her hair.
Her eye color is a chocolate brown that will sometimes turn purple when she's highly emotional. If she's out during the day, she wears purple-tinted glasses to protect her sensitive eyes.
Her height is about five feet' six inches.
Her style: she tends to dress like a tomboy,but she will put on the ocassional dress.(RARELY!)
She wears a purple and blue butterfly pendant, and she keeps a dagger, the name salem inscribed on it, with her at all times.
She has a purple and blue butterfly tattoo on her back, just above the left hip. She also has a tattoo of a blue rose and a silver chain with a key on it, on her right arm.
- Character Personality (how does your character thinks, reacts or acts):
- How best to describe Hmmm..? Well, she's a very kind vampire at heart and she greatly supports Kaname-sama with his goal for peace and coexistence between humans and vampires.
She's an artistic prodigy. She excels in just about everything to do with music, art, and theater arts. She is the only one(of the three of them. her brother and sister have no creativity or passion for anything.)who inherited any of her talents from her father Salem. Which incudes but not limited to: playing the violin,piano,harp,and the claranet. She inherited her passion for singing and dancing from her mother Aria.(Her brother and sister never had the patience for singing or dancing.)
She is a rather shy person and will sometimes start crying when someone is teasing her. One main reason why she's so shy is that she was home-schooled when she was a kid so she,more or less,didn't have the chance to Socialize with other kids her age,until she a little older.
She has a lot of social anxiety issues,mainly because she's so shy and it also adds to the (anxiety) issues, is that she also has a slight phobia of guys(suposedly).
She's kind and likes to help out and volunteer at places whenever she can.
Because of her shyness she tends to be more of a good listener, than a good talker. Her everyday motto is "My life is how I make it. No one else makes it for me."
- Character Background (your character history before s\he joined the Academy):
- She was raised by her Grandfather Shizunei,Shirei, who is the curator of the Louvre Museum, in Paris, France.Her grandfather was shocked when he found out that his son Shizunei,Salem(her father) and his daughter-in-law Shizunei,Aria(her mother) had been killed by hunters. Her grandfather has never believed that her parents were killed by hunters,much less,vampire hunters. He believes that her uncle(her father's brother) might have had something to do with the deaths of her parents. Her grandfather adores her,she's his pride and joy, because Sakura was the only one who would stay with him after her parents were killed.
Her parents Shizunei,Salem and Shizunei,Aria were suposedly killed by hunters when she was two, so she has no memory of them.
Her mother Shizunei,Aria was a vampire of Noble birth. Her maiden name was Ichia and her family mostly lives in Ireland and Scotland. Her mother was an opera singer for the opera house in Paris,France. Sakura has rarely met her mother's family.(for reasons only her grandfather knows.)
Her father Shizunei,Salem was an Ordinary Vampire. He was an artist,who was locally famous for his artwork, and a violinist in the orchestra for the opera house in Paris,France. He was a master when it came to using a sword.
Her uncle Shizunei,Mordecai is quite litterally CRAZY. He was angry and jealous that Shizunei,Salem(his younger brother and Sakura's father) would inherit the family fortune which included becoming the next curator of the museum. Her uncle was furious with her grandfather,when shortly after their funerals, Salem's will was read and that it said: "If anything were to happen to either of her parents Sakura was to inherit everything."
Her older sister Shizunei,Ashlynna has hardly been in her sister's life after their parents were killed. She moved to Italy to live with some various relations after the fact and has never been to France since. Some of the staff at the Shizunei household have said that Ashlynna was jealous and angry,because Sakura got the inheritence instead of her.
Her twin brother(who's also older by ten minutes) Shizunei,Shurei has always stuck with Sakura,because there for a long time he was the only friend she had. He wasn't to keen on going to a boarding school in Spain,because he was worried that Sakura would be lonely. Sakura convinced him to go,but before he left he said to their grandfather "I'm glad Sakura got the inheritence,because I didn't want it and I still don't"
Her Bodyguard/Butler Jenkins has served her grandfather's family for centuries. Like her mother, he is a vampire of Noble birth. Nobody knows Jenkins exact age. All most people know is that he's as old or older than Asato Ichijou "Ichio". Jenkins decided that he would serve as Sakura's main Bodyguard and Butler rather than serve on the Senate(which he thinks is for boring old geezers.) He goes where she goes. Which means he also gone to Cross Academy with her.
Her cousin Ichia,Seira is the same age as Sakura. She recently married her best friend Sonata,Skyler who is a vampire hunter. She has been disowned by her family because of that. She now lives with her cousin's family along with Skyler.
Sonata,Skyler is a year older than Seira and he has been her best friend since childhood. he caused a lot of ruckus when he plainly stated that he was going to marry Seira whether her family liked it or not. His own family said they didn't mind just as long as he didn't do anything to break her heart. Skyler's family has been very supportive.
She was always home-schooled before going to Cross Academy. Then one night the Museum was broken into. It was just a coincidence that she happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. When the museum had been broken into. He suspected that Mordecai(Sakura's uncle) might be behind it. So not wanting to take the chance that she would get hurt or killed. Her grandfather sent her to Cross Academy, in order to, keep her safe.
- What are your character's special skills and unusual abilities (if you're human) or your powers (if you're vampire)? Please keep this at least somewhat faithful to VK canon, don't start making up powers that would completely make no sense in the series.
- As a Ordinary Vampire Sakura was born with all of the powers that associate with an Ordinary Vampire with one exception. She was born with a natural healing ability. Her ability to heal is rare in her grandfather's family,so they mostly asume she inherited it from her mother's family.(but no one really knows for sure.)
Her healing ability weakens and strengthens depending on the phase of the moon's cycle. She can use water to assist her during a healing.
Other than that,there's not much else to describe.
- How does your character feel about her\his vampiric state (if you're vampire) or How would your character react if s/he was turned into a vampire (if you're human)?
- She's okay with it. I mean, why wouldn't she be, she was born a vampire. I guess she sometimes wishes she were human, but then she thinks `that'd be to boring'. Because of her personality and how she's always kind and friendly towards humans and because of that other vampires tend to jokingly say that she acts too much like a human and not enough like a vampire, but then she justs laughs it off and does her normal stuff. (well,normal for a vampire anyway.)

- Her family consists of her and her grandfather.
Her sister Ashlynna(lives with relatives of her mother's family in Rome.)
Her twin brother Shurei (away at another boarding school)
Her cousin Sonata,Seira and her husband Skyler
Jenkins her Butler/Bodyguard
Her "crazy" uncle Shizunei,Mordecai.
Her friends are mostly humans, common vampires, the ocasional Noble, and one or two Hunters. Moon,Lunar and her family. Haruhi-chan who has been her friend since childhood.
She's currently single.

- She has a very rare set of Tarot cards that were given to her by her grandfather.
She has a purple and blue butterfly pendant that has been in her family for centuries. It also has healing properties.
She has a dagger, with the name Salem written on it, that she inherited from her father Salem. When her blood touches it, it turns into a sword.
Her sketchbook. She keeps it with her all the time.

- Wants to own a bookstore.
Would like to get over her (suposedly) mild fear of guys.
Would love to earn money telling fortunes to people.
Wants to get her book and rock collections apraised.
More than anything, She wants to be normal,as normal as possible, for a vampire anyway.

- Her Hobbies are: Collecting rocks and books, stuffed animals, anything that has to do with magic, and listening to music.
She likes reading manga, drawing pictures of Kaname Kuran, and avoiding guys at all possible times.
She dislikes eating red meat, boring lectures from boring lecturers, and strawberry ice cream.

"Why are you following me?" I said. "I wasn't following you." he said. "Yes, you were." I said. "Okay. I was following you, so no need to freak out." he said. "I have a question for you." I said. "What?" he said. "Does the word STALKER mean anything to you?" I said. "I wasn't stalking you." he said. "It sure looked like you were stalking me." I said. "I WAS NOT stalking you." he said. "Then what were you doing?" I said.
"I was- uh wanting to talk to you." he said. "Uh-uh, what were you wanting to talk to me about." I said. "Uh, I've forgotten about it now." he said. "Okay, that was a very lame excuse. Not to mention a very cheesy one-liner." I said. "Was it that obvious." he said. "Yeah,it was. Later dude." I said. "Hey! Wait a minute." he said. "What now?" I said. "Can I walk with you?" he said. "No." I said. "Huh, why not?" he said. "I prefer to take my walks by myself. It gives me time to think." I said. "Ah, come on. Let me walk with you." he said. "No. I can't think if someone is walking with me." I said. "Let me walk with you, please." he said. "NO! Now leave me alone." I said. "Who cares, I'm walking with you anyway." he said.
"Please, leave me alone; and I don't want you walking with me anyway." I said. "Whatever, I'm still walking with you." he said. "GO AWAY! I don't want you walking with me." I said. " Whatever." he said. "Go away!" I said. "Whatever." he said. "Please, Go Away." I said. "No. Whatever." he said. "Go Away! If I have to ask you again. I will punch you." I said. "Who cares." he said. " I've asked you a hundred times already. GO AWAY AND LEAVE ME ALONE!" I said. (*punch*)

- Currently Shizunei,Sakura is in a coma-like state,because she had been tortured by two vampire hunters who work for her uncle Mordecai.

My Hobbies are: Reading manga, writing Vampire Knight Fan Fics, and listening to my music.
What I like: Pizza, stuffed animals, painting, drawing, spending time at the library, and aimlessly daydreaming about VK.
What I don't like: Red meat, listening to my brothers, doing chores, and getting up early.
I always wondered what it would be like if I were a vampire. I spend half the day asleep and am usually up 'til midnight most of the time.( When I was in school my mom would aiways compare me to a vampire, because I absolutely hated getting up early in the mornings.)
