Character Description (tell us what your character looks like):

At eighteen years of age, Kurayi stands at approximately 165.5cm / 5'5. She has smooth, pallid skin and a delicate structure. Her eyes are almond-shaped and crimson in color, with an almost ethereal look to them. She has dark auburn hair that reaches mid-back and appears almost onyx, with a very slight wavy texture. Usually, she is seen wearing the Night Class uniform with a pair of knee-high black boots, making her a good inch taller than she really is.

Character Personality (how does your character thinks, reacts or acts):

Being that her grandmother was once human, she doesn’t consider herself to be a “true Vampire,” and often refuses blood. She generally only drinks from other Vampires, yet some exceptions have been made depending on the circumstances. Despite being of ½ Pureblood & ¼ Noble blood, she doesn't display any "real" Vampire characteristics aside from physical beauty and the desire to drink blood [ which she is usually able to contain ]. After arriving at Cross Academy, she gradually becomes a very lively and care-free character, often doing everything in her power to capture the attention of the Day Class and Night Class students- especially the attention of Aidou Hanabusa.

Character Background (your character history before s\he joined the Academy):

Her home is broken into one late evening and Kurayi escapes into the forest, leaving her mother to be ruthlessly murdered by another Vampire. Mortally wounding herself, she turns up on Cross Academy grounds and is found by Souen Ruka, who feels remorse for the girl and brings her in. Having no where else to go, Headmaster Cross accepts her into the academy and she becomes part of the Night Class. She currently has no real knowledge of her lineage or who her father is; other than that he is a Pureblood.

What are your character's special skills and unusual abilities (if you're human) or your powers (if you're vampire)? Please keep this at least somewhat faithful to VK canon, don't start making up powers that would completely make no sense in the series.

Aside from drinking blood, Kurayi is also an "Empathic Vampire," meaning she is able to feel the emotions of others as well as feed off her victim's life force. This is the only real power she has, which she rarely uses.
