Shoulder-length carmel-brown hair and murky green-brown eyes. About 4'2'' short, yet slim. Always wears a locket.

Character Personality (how does your character thinks, reacts or acts):

Not the most social person in the world, but still likes to talk with close friends. Is shy and secretive around people she doesn't know very well. Can be sarcastic around friends if she feels like it, but usually isn't confident enough.

Character Background (your character history before s\he joined the Academy):

Lived a typical human life, except for a rather abusive father. Family wasn't exactly wealthy, and could hardly afford the Academy.

What are your character's special skills and unusual abilities (if you're human) or your powers (if you're vampire)? Please keep this at least somewhat faithful to VK canon, don't start making up powers that would completely make no sense in the series.

The moonlight always seems to give her strength. She's more stealthy and brave; more confident.

Mirai would be slightly scared of herself, slightly awed. She's never seen a vampire and currently doesn't believe they exist.

The night, still young, was lit brilliantly with silvery moonlight as Mirai dashed silently toward town. Her light brown hair was pulled into a ponytail, yet a few strands dangled freely. Her locket, which nestled into the hollow of her throat, clinked quietly against itself and reflected the moon.
Mirai entered the town and slipped into an alleyway to avoid people still out on the streets. Just before the alley opened up again, she ducked into a doorway and began to climb a staircase that she'd walked up and down so many times before. Mirai continued up the endless flight of stairs until she came to the top of the deserted bell tower, which she visited so often at night. She walked around the gigantic bell to sit on the legde and look down on the dark town. House lights were just beginning to flicker off, the streetlights already on. She closed her eyes and faced the bright moon, feeling peaceful for once. Mirai smiled and drifted into a light slumber.
