Character Description (tell us what your character looks like):

Well, Noelle basically looks like her brother, Vincent. She’s more of the feminine look of him though. -laughs- Noelle has long locks of baby blue hair that angles shorter near her shoulders and longer near her back. Her eyes are like her brother's, sapphire blue that looks like endless pools.

Noelle has a frail body which has made her be put in a wheel chair for the rest of her life. She worries about being in one for so long because her brother is doing anything he can to have her surgery done. Her skin is crème alabaster and is very soft like a baby.

She too is quite tall like her brother, even if people don't recognize it at all. She likes to wear skirts and dresses she makes herself and sometimes likes wearing jeans and t-shirts.

After surgery:
Her frame is similar and most of her features are too, but her body changes. After a few weeks of intense P.T Noelle gains strong build in her muscles, allowing her to walk and dance. She still can't hear, but she can talk now too after some speech courses.

Her hair will look longer and she'll look a bit taller than she did. Her skin is the same and her hair color is the same. Noelle stands at 5' 11", and is the tallest girl so far that she knows. With that height and tone, she’s at a healthy weight of 145lbs. She's quite aware she isn't many of the boys' types, but she already is in love with someone else, so it doesn't matter to her what the boys really think of her.

Her clothing style does change a bit. She goes into the urban, scene girl look when not in her school uniform, which she despises. She doesn't give a reason why, but you can tell on her face in the morning she really hates it. She does gain envious looks by both females and males. Female’s whish to have a face structure such as hers. Her skin looks creamier and light and her cheek bones are angel like. Even her voice is like a dove cooing on Christmas.

As for the male side, they dare not to mess with mer. She's so far the only girl in the sun campus to have such abs, and muscles. She tries to hide her muscle tone, but they just end up showing anyway.

Character Personality (how does your character thinks, reacts or acts):

Noelle is VERY quite. She doesn’t speak at all much, for she was born deaf and only knows sign language. She loves seeing ballets for the graceful movements and lovely backdrops.

Besides being deaf and quite, Noelle is very knowledgeable too. Being a few years younger than Vincent, she knows how to do almost all classes in AP such as history, calculus, science, English etc.

She never gets angry unless her flowers are ruined or bad gossip about a friend is going around.

After surgery:
Noelle is able to talk to people more with the support of her friends. She hangs out more outside than just in the music room, alone and solitary. Noelle is more confident of doing more things than being so limited from major activities.

She’s also someone who gives great advice if one of her friends has problems, and she also is quite protective over them. She’d always put her life on the line first for her friends’ safety than hers. Noelle manages to live more peacefully a bit more than she did, but she still has people from her past come and haunt her memories. With her appearance of tone, Noelle is a beast when fighting. Her opponents do end up with broken bones, and blood coming out of their mouth.

Character Background (your character history before s\he joined the Academy):

Noelle grew up in a peaceful town in France in the countryside. The farms were lovely, animals were everywhere, and a person knew everyone or was related to one another. Her family was a typical family that survived on the clothing her mom made, the patients her dad took care off, and the animals her brother raised. The town was beautiful, and everyone was artistic in one way. Some were builders, artists, tailors, surgeons, dancers, musicians, and teachers.

Those people were the people she looked most up to. That’s how she learned her harp, singing, sewing, cooking, art, carpentry, and metal work. Even though the town was nice, there were a few children and families who hated the Blair’s guts. They blamed Noelle for being born of the devil for being in a wheelchair and being deaf. She had major nightmares each night, wondering if she wanted to commit suicide.

Sadly, one day, s he decided to end her life, by drowning herself, her brother noticed what she was trying to do, and prevented her from doing so, and the news spread like an epidemic. The town’s people were upset with the families of such horrible doings, and kicked them out for good.

Noelle’s parents divorced when she was younger, and lived with her brother and father near Cross Academy. She felt horrible during the divorce, for Vincent blamed it all upon himself for it. Noelle tried my best to keep his hopes up and calm him down when his bipolar came up.

She always stayed home, teaching herself most of her studies and keeping up with the world from letters by her brother. When Vincent reached his sophomore year in Cross Academy, Noelle finally decided to come to the school.

She wanted to so she could meet new people and not be so darn isolated in her own home with nothing to do.

What are your character's special skills and unusual abilities (if you're human) or your powers (if you're vampire)? Please keep this at least somewhat faithful to VK canon, don't start making up powers that would completely make no sense in the series.

She has no special powers, but plays the harp lovely even though she’s deaf. Noelle loves instruments as much as her brother, or maybe even more he claims. Noelle also plays many string instruments like the violin, fiddle, cello, piano, and guitar. She too, has a very fine voice, if someone ever hears it.

Her art skills in painting and drawing are in higher standards than normal. Apparently Noelle has style that makes people think at what they're seeing and can sometimes make acrylic paint look like oils and vice versa. She also does carpentry, making a few tables for her dorm, and small jewelry boxes for her friends and family members. Her metal work is quite lovely also. She designs many hair accessories and weapons. Noelle’s clothes and cooking skills also show a great value of artistic flare. All of her clothes are handmade, which could never be told, she doesn’t like the time being put to finding a store, then seeing if one fits or not. Her cooking involves cakes, desserts, cocktail food, and other fancy dishes. She too knows how to make a beautiful herbal tea or concoction of any sort.

Her gardens show great heart, and caring she holds for mother earth. She grew up loving the land, and she will always love the land.

How does your character feel about her\his vampiric state (if you're vampire) or How would your character react if s/he was turned into a vampire (if you're human)?

Well, being a vampire would be interesting. I don't think I could be a good one, but if so, I'd probably make the best of the transformation.

Cassandra, someone I knew for ages, and I didn't expect her to be going to the same school as I.

Granny Elizabeth, Cassandra's great granny. She is a bit punctual, and very needy. Over all, she helps me overcome many of my problems, training me to be a stronger person. She also helps me be more ladylike.

I gently sat at my window, looking at the doves and birds flying in the morning sky. My silk nightgown fluttered endlessly with wind, chilling me a bit. I grabbed my knit shawl and sat stil, wishing for the day I could walk. My brother, Vincent promised he would do everything to provide the surgery for me. He even wrote he'd risk his own legs if he could.

I was gracious towards the thought, but seeing the words made he worry. I loved my brother, I truly did, and seeing him risk his life for mine, would carry through my life time. I sighed and looked at the table covered wit his notes he'd written me. I smiled gently, and wheeled myself towards my closet.

Not having anybody to help you dress in the morning was hard, but I managed somehow. I pulled out a purple long sleeve top and a lacy green skirt. I heaved myself out of my wheelchair and placed myself on my queen size bed. I stripped myself and placed my other clothes on. From there, I headed downstairs and continued my daily routine of breakfast, reading, practicing my harp, and so on.
