The Cross Academy lies in the outskirts of a small but busy town. It has a distinctively victorian feel to it, and there are a few less nice areas with a lot of ruined and run-down buildings where danger peeks.
This is the central area of the academy, where there are more encounters between Day Class and Night Class: it's where the common areas, like the Cafeteria, the Library and the Classrooms are located.
The place to come to talk about your favourite Vampire Knight manga characters, set shrines to them, or to try and answer the ages-old question - "Who's cooler, Kaname or Zero?"
Winter holidays had started but a day ago, and Tsukiko was half torn between joy at having no classes and being away from the Academy. It was as if a totally different world opened to her and she both feared and loved it. But maybe this was what s...
The Academy has lush gardens, with trees and vast fields of grass that are often used by the Day Class to nap, hang about or even study.
Behind the Academy are the Woods, where students are usually forbidden to go (which never stopped them).

- Hi, I'm the new girl on the block:
My name is Tsukiko Yagyu, I'm 15 years old and I just arrived to the Academy and I'm trying to fit in still, and the fact that I have long, light (almost white) hair and light eyes sets me apart. I have to thank my British father for that, because, in fact, I'm only half Japanese.
I'm calm and some would think I'm shy, but the truth is I just prefer to watch until I'm sure of where I stand. I know I won't have trouble with classes because I guess I didn't just inherit my father's good-looks, some of the brain that makes him Japan's top neurosurgeon apparently came along too.
I hope that this place has a kendo team, or at least some sort of martial arts class, because it was my favourite way of blowing off steam, and being cooped here in this place without being able of seeing my friends is really making me antsy.
- Character Background (your character history before s\he joined the Academy):
- My father is British (it's from him I got the light eyes and platinum-blond-almost-white hair) and my mother Japanese. I grew up as most Japanese girls, except I wasn't like most Japanese girls. I liked exploring, adventure, and I tended to get into some trouble -- when you're rich, you tend either to become this dull social butterfly or run around getting in trouble. I chose the second. My friends and I liked exploring, getting into places where we shouldn't be, B&E suddenly became the ultimate challenge. We'd do our homework in how to bypass cameras, alarms, opening locks. We didn't take anything, but knowing we could get into places most people couldn't was a thrill. When we needed to practice, we'd invade each other's houses.
Then things went bad: we invaded the wrong house, as luck would have it, we stumbled on a secure house from the CIA, or the MI6 or whatever it was. One of us was shot and killed before they realized we were just kids. When my father came to pick me up from the police station, he was livid and he blamed my mother and "those Japanese nonsenses" for all that had happened. He didn't particularly liked girls doing martial arts and thought that was the reason why I had fallen into mischief.
The charges eventually were dropped but my father decided I shouldn't stay anywhere near Tokyo anymore, or have contact with my old friends -- I can't even call them, or he has threatened to send me to some secluded school across the world. He sent me to the Cross Academy which is as close as to an European public school as it gets(In england, they call "public" to private schools, go figure), after my mother convinced him not to send me away from Japan.
So now I'm at the Cross Academy, and I'm starting to grow restless. There are so many mysteries to explore, truths to find out. Like the Night Class. They're all handsome and mysterious, there is definitely something wrong about them. As if they were a breed apart. Maybe they are sons and daughters of politicians, I don't know.
But I intend to find out.
- How does your character feel about her\his vampiric state (if you're vampire) or How would your character react if s/he was turned into a vampire (if you're human)?
- Vampires?
What do you mean "vampires"? They don't exist, what are you on about? Although if they did exist, it would be probably awesome to be able of having super strength and super good-looks and live forever.
- Character Family and Friends:
- My father James Ashley-Croft, one of England's top neurosurgeons who got invited to come to Japan to act as a physician for the Imperial family.
My mother Kanoe Yagyu, who comes from this really traditionalistic family, go figure how she and my father wound up together. I like her, even if she has some strange ideas about girls only wearing skirts all the time.
My grandfather Retsudo Yagyu. My father is slightly terrified of him, which is terribly fun. He was some kendo master when he was young and he mostly trained me every day in a few of the traditional martial arts. He's scary in a cool kind of way, with a deep booming voice and white beard.

- I live in Europe and I've been RPing for a while now.I'm a huge anime and manga fan, and I recently discovered and fell in love with Vampire Knight.

Hiatus - Have dice, will travel!
Regretfully, I'll be MIAing from the 1st until the 8th June, as I'll be traveling to England to attend the Games Expo UK.

Tsukiko picture
I always wondered how Tsuki-chan looked in a Cross Academy Uniform, here it is... I tried to mimic Hino-sensei's style, with variable levels of success...
Her hair is meh. Also, Tsukiko doesn't have a sword with her, in the academy but I drew it anyway because it would look awesome.
