Yukimura - Snowy Village
Masako - Elegant Child

A beautiful female. Shining violet hair lengthening to her waist. It is always kept neat and arranged in a perfect, beautiful manner with her long bangs framing her petite face that is flawless as any other vampire.

She is pale, beautiful, the size of a life-like doll. Masako has the height of a fifteen year old girl, despite being 17, She has lived for more than 100 years. Her weight is considered as light as a feather.

Her eyes are a purple. They are lifeless, blank, empty. They show no emotion at all. Nothing.

She seems delicate, fragile, petite. Like a vase propped up on a table, being continuously bumped by a shoulder as they pass by. Masako's body looks like she could shatter easily. But her emotionless and cold expressions make up for her confident and strong will to remain powerful.

Clothes are something she is rather fussy about. She will only be seen in two outfits. The Night Class uniform, and her black dress with white frills. Along with a blue ribbon around her neck tied into a bow. Knee high socks, and cute doll-like shoes. She will never wear anything else.

Character Personality (how does your character thinks, reacts or acts):

Masako's personality is nothing to get excited over. Like her appearance: she shows no interest in anything. Always appears to be bored. Not even to be satisfied by playing chess. Even drinking the blood of her specially selected human is not satisfying to her brains interest. Most of the time, she will just be sitting there. Surrounded in her own little deathly world, sipping tea.

She will not notice you as an individual. She thinks all vampires are the same. Humans too. She believes that all her kind wants is blood, flesh. They're as bad as zombies. She thinks even herself and her kind are pathetic. As for humans, she thinks they are even more pathetic and useless as the Vampires. She says they fight constantly because they think they are different. Whether it be race or color. Of course, like said, she does not think of anyone as an individual.

She doesn't seem to be shocked by anything. She has already thought out her reactions to things that will never happen. Such as randomly being killed by a Vampire Hunter. Her reaction could care less. She is not entertained by much. Her life is boring.

Masako is polite. As long as you are respectful to her. If anyone were to be rude to her, she would turn to them. Very, very slowly.. and give them the most horrifying glare that could probably give a grown man nightmares. While this horrifying glare is a rare thing for her to do; she will usually give the silent treatment, or call them a brat if they are younger than her. Or just straight out kill them if it doesn't cause her any trouble.

She rarely smiles. The only time she will is if she is entertained or satisfied.

Lastly, she thinks life is a game of entertainment for the gods (and Purebloods), to watch the pesky lives either make it to the top of their dreams, or to fall off a building and have their life taken away so easily.

Character Background (your character history before s\he joined the Academy):

Masako was born in winter, in a snowy village long ago. She was spoiled. Treated as a princess. She had everything. She had wealth, popularity, and food. But what she didn't have was a place were she could relax. Her being the one and only daughter of her parents, father a Pureblood, who had married a noble, thus making herself the same level as her mother, had to attend the 'meetings' her father went to. Masako had always disliked going to these so called meetings. Dressing up for other Purebloods and nobles. Such as Kuran Kaname, the well known Pureblood, who Maskos father and many other people respected.

Masako never took much liking to the Kurans. She thought they were power hungry, devils perhaps. All because this Kuran Kaname decided to make both the races, humans, and vampires ally together as one into a school. 'Stupid.' had always been Masakos thought on it. She couldn't understand why, a Pureblood, a vampire, who could possibly destroy the earth, would decide to even bring the two together.

'You must understand. Kuran Kaname is a very lovely man, and he wants peace, just as I do." Masakos father would say, getting the same response from Masako. "Really? Or is he just another lovely liar?" after wards, she would be slapped and sent to her room, Masako laughing under her breath.

This was until Masako suggested something. "I'll attend Cross Academy." Her parents in shock, obviously because Masako disliked this idea of Kuran Kaname's.

"I'll prove it to you. That Kuran Kaname is up to something." and so, she was sent to Cross Academy.

What are your character's special skills and unusual abilities (if you're human) or your powers (if you're vampire)? Please keep this at least somewhat faithful to VK canon, don't start making up powers that would completely make no sense in the series.

Masako has a different kind of power. A power that is not exactly 'common'. This power was passed down from her pureblood father, who is very talented in the technique. Obviously Masako's power isn't as strong as his. It is called 'Power Mimicry.' by this, it allows Masako to gain the same abilities as her opponent. Of course, it does not last forever, and it does have a few consequences using it. The power is something that took many years for Masako to control.

The only way she can use this power, is if she were to touch the opponent, she will obtain their power; but scaled down to a noble bloods strength. Like said, there are consequences. If successful in copying the power, her strength slowly drains out. Say if she had 100% in strength, it would gradually get lower in 15 minutes until she faints. That is her disadvantage. If the battle to remain more than fifteen minutes, she will surely faint.

The more she uses ones power over and over, it gets easier for her to control without her strength lowering as fast. Where as if it was her first time trying to use their power, it wouldn't instantly be easy to use.

How does your character feel about her\his vampiric state (if you're vampire) or How would your character react if s/he was turned into a vampire (if you're human)?

In all honesty, Masako would probably rather be a human than a vampire. Life would be a lot more easier.

Grandparents from Hikari's side were supposedly killed by Vampire Hunters.
The grandparents from Arato's side are apparently living in wealth somewhere.

Fiance: Unknown. Masako doesn't know what he looks like, or his name. (I'd like someone's character in the Academy to be this.)

You could say her clothes are valuable. As they are made from very expensive material. It seems if that anyone or anything were to get it ruined, she will probably threaten to kill someone, but she won't.

Character Goals:

To prove that Kuran Kaname is a liar. That doesn't plan peace with the two races at all.

Have a companion/friend that views Kuran Kaname the same way she does.

Excellent poem writer.

Deep red eyes glow faintly in the night, drips of blood running down a particular vampires fangs. The sounds of the dripping slowly getting fainter and fainter.

Yukimura Masako sat there, with a young girl on her lap, the girls eyes seeming lifeless and empty. The girl was near her death, and a trail of blood had finally stopped dripping.

Masako's head was tilted, eyes staring forward into the midst of the dark. "Help...me..." the young girls voice was as quiet as can be, that soon trailed off to a silence. She was dead.

The young girls body slid off Masakos lap as she stood, the head of the girls body hitting the concrete.

"Sayonara."
